How to resolve ORA-06502 and ORA-01722 errors on Dynamic Actions in Apex 5.1?

Hello All.

Kindly see the attached.

I need help on how to resolve ORA-06502 and ORA-01722 errors encountered on Dynamic Action. Without the multiplication operator (*), it works fine but I need the operator for the page item I want to derive.
