I need to install Oracle Forms 12.2.1.3.0 in order to be able to open/navigate/read legacy Oracle Forms from Ellucian's Banner ERP. I've downloaded the Oracle_SSN_DLM_11011652.exe file, executed it and then unzipped both zip files.
When I execute setup_fmw_12.2.1.3.0_fr_win64.exe I get the following errors. (NOTE: I've also navigated to C:\Users\TonyBone\AppData\Local\Temp\ and cleared the "read only" setting for that folder and all the files below in the hierarchy. Here's error I get in the pop up Command Window that attempts the extraction:
