how to resolve a error ORA-14411: The DDL cannot be run concurrently with other DDLs ?

Hi All.

  I am facing a error  ORA-14411 while adding three columns to the table by using alter statement.

Error report -

SQL Error: ORA-14411: The DDL cannot be run concurrently with other DDLs
