How to resize my vdi on Windows?

I have VirtualBox 4.0.10 on my Windows 7 system. I have Windows 2003 and Oracle 11g running inside the virtual box. The current size of my vdi is 10G, but the Win2003 system is alerting that I have very low disk space.

I searched about how to resize my vdi, but all I found talks about how to do it on linux systems using gparted. Any information on how to resize virtualbox on Windows 7 / Vista?
