How to reset the date to some other date in sql?

Hi all,

I am trying to run a procedure, but in the table there is no data for last 3 months, because of which I am not able to see any change in the charts in front end. But if I can fetch data anytime before 3 months my charts would work I would like to reset the date from sysdate (13-06-2014) to 01-01-2014. before executing my procedure. Can anyone help me on this?
