How to replace KEY_Fn functions of old version in Forms 12c?

Hi all,

   My Company is migrating our Forms application  from 10g to 12c wherein KEY-FN functions won't work.

can anyone guide me how to replace KEY-Fn functions(which handle COMMIT, LOV , DELETE and CLEAR)  with equivalent functionality in 12c?
