How to repatch brand new oracle database with Patch 23273629 previously applied

Hello everybody.

II've recreated database with DBCA so as i understand all those scripts applied to the previous database during patchin are losted but the article https://updates.oracle.com/Orion/Services/download?type=readme&aru=20208668#BGBGFGDG

does not provide information concerning applying all database scripts in this case. I have two nodes with Oracle RAC 12.1.0.2 and in my configuration GI Home and the Database Homes that are not shared and ACFS file system is not configured.

So please advise what i should do next.
