In my project requirement is to reopen the completed/closed task/case (a case might have more than a human task).
Suppose, a human task on which I am working gets completed because whatever the action user has to take on the task been taken. There might be possibility that the task gets closed/completed accidentally. Now, the requirement is to re-open the completed/closed task/case and perform the action on that task from beginning. Is there any provision in OBPM 12C to achieve this functionality? Could you please assist me in detail.
