HOw to rename a datafile with special character

Hi ,

Recently I have noticed that (from the backup controlfile to trace) one of the datafile in our production database has the filename "def_arc_02.dbf^?^?^?^?^?5.dbf" recorded in controlfile . However at the OS level it shows as def_arc_02.dbf .

HOw can I change the datafile name so that it shoulld be same in both control file and at the OS level .
