How to remove the scroll bar to the right side of my page

Hallo all,

how can I remove the scrollbar to the right side of my page?

APEX version: 18.1.0.00.45

Page Template: Theme Default

Region: No regions or items yet

Style: Vita

Navigation Menu: Top

Theme Universal Theme

It looks like the size of my body is the size of my screen + the size of the navigationbar at the top

I guess i must be missing something trivial.

I know I could use css but I hope there is a regular Apex solution.
