how to remove the characters except needed characters?

Hi All,

This is some how repeated question.

I have few set of Acceptable characters.

I need a code to remove the characters other than Acceptable characters

Acceptable characters:

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ[\]^_`abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz,-.!#$%&()*+/0123456789:;<=>?@{}~

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production

Could you please help me?
