How to remove substitution variable prompts from spooling to a script

Hi All.

I am trying to spool the results of a file into another file but I don't want it to take the

"Enter value for..." clause with it into the new file.

Is there some setting that I could set in SQL PLUS? I tried set verify off and that still left one line.
