Oracle Database Express Edition (XE)

Hi All,

I have just started to experience the Oracle XE product. My first impressions are quite good, I should say (concerning the possibility to evaluate the product, docs, tutorials, support, this forum, as well :) ).

I am not quite sure whether this question belongs to this forum, and maybe this shows my ignorance, yet I'll ask it:
how can I delete the Flash recovery area folder from the HDD "in an official way", I mean not by deleting the folder itself at the level of operating system.

I know that I can resize it and change the location of it but this is not what I would like to do right now.

I have this flash area because I tested the process of preserving database data across deinstall/reinstall from the installation guide just to have a feeling of using APEX.
