How to remove duplicate directories in Linux

Unfortunatly we mount the same directory twice in linux due to this 3 directories are got created as follows:
$df -h

/dev/cciss/c0d0p5 7.7G 1.2G 6.2G 16% /var
//192.168.1.28/ofs 3.2T 2.8T 463G 86% /olam_nas

//192.168.1.28/ofs 3.2T 2.8T 463G 86% /olam_nas
//192.168.1.28/ofs 3.2T 2.8T 463G 86% /olam_nas
So /olam_nas directory was mounted 3 times so we got 3 directories
Please suggest how to remove remaining 3 directories
we used this command to mount and dis mount the mount point
Mount:
mount -t cifs //192.168.1.28/ofs //olam_nas
Dismount:
umount //olam_nas
linux version is:
uname -a
