How to remove a member from "database system" in EM12c Cloud Control?

I want to remove a member from database system (target ending with suffix _sys) in EM12c Cloud Control.   I cannot find anything from the GUI that will let me to do such task.   I think it is a common task and should be somewhere in the GUI so I guess that option is just hiding somewhere in the GUI.
