how to relocate datafile from one drive to other

Hi All,
I have a USERS tablespace for which i have added the extended datafile in c drive,
now i want to move the datafile it into the d drive where oracle is installed .

specific path
old : c:\
new : D:\APP\ORADATA\ORCL

so how do i go abt this?
is there anything which needs to be taken care off before moving datafile from c to d drive?
