How to register to ULN without having customer support identifier (CSI)

I have setup a Virtual Image(Oracle Linux 6 Update 4) on my desktop and tried to register to ULN, but it asks for CSI. I dont have CSI. Do I have to purchase a license or it will be available for the employees?

Also I am not able to download/install a package using yum until my virtual image is being registered to ULN.
