How to register for netsuite beta version account to get/modify return authorization via REST API?

Currently I am making call to get return authorization using beta version API then I am getting error.

Endpoint: /services/rest/record/v1/returnAuthorization
Error Response:
“errorCode”: “INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION”
“detail”: "The returnAuthorization record is only available as a beta record. Enable the REST Record Service (Beta) feature in Setup > Company > Enable Features to work with this record."

So It will be life saver if someone can guide me how I can get registered to beta version or get return authorization using beta version API.
