How to refresh IR on Button press after input parameter values

hi,

i have 2 regions on same page,

1) to input parameters Department Id & Salary and a Button to Show data in 2nd region

2) IR on Employees table data ( SQL Query with where clause )

when user Select a department and press button, it will refresh data in IR (Employees region)
