How to refresh a AMX page with web service call in ADF Mobile

i have created a project which is having a splash screen and then another amx page where i am calling a web service(RESTful) and showing the xml data's in a list view. but how can i refresh that page. i mean when ever i come to that page i need to check the data control whether there is any new data.

i have created the data control following the link Calling REST services from an ADF Mobile Application - YouTube

please help me to sort this issue.
