How to reduce the size of a tablespace?

Hi All,

I have Oracle 9i Server on Win 2K up and running.
Recently one of the users has imported a data base of size 10 GB into the server tablespace 'PM'. Even after dropping the entire data base, I am not able to reduce the size of the tablespace from 12.5 GB. How can I get the space back to the OS? Please help me as my HDD is already full.
