How to reduce the default row height when exporting to Excel 2007+

Lance BothaJun 13 2014 — edited Jun 13 2014

Hi All,

Having been unsuccessful with trying to get an answer from Oracle Support, I'm hoping to post a few questions / issues on this forum to see if can get a little further.

Fist up, is there a way we can change the default row height when our users export from OBIEE Dashboard to excel, by clicking on the 'Export to Excel 2007+' option.  Currently our users are unhappy with the default row height of reports exported, because by default OBIEE 11.1.1.7 is exporting to excel xlsx with a row height of 15, whereas users would expect the default standard excel height to be 12.75 instead.   I was wondering whether there was any xml or config files which could be updated with a new row height of 12.75.

Please note that we are using Office 2010 on the local PCs.

Many thanks,

Lance
