How to reduce table size after deleting data in table

This table contains data for the past one year and every month it is growing by 40 gb data. Due to this we have space issues. we would like to reduce the table size by keeping only recent two months data. What are the posiible ways to reduce the table size by keeping only 2 months data. Database version 10.2.04 on rhel 4.
