How to reduce execution performance using LKM Oracle to Oracle (DBLINK)

Hi All,

I am facing an performance issue by using LKM Oracle to Oracle(DBLINK) KM in my ODI Package

Source DB: Oracle 11g
Target DB: Oracle 11g

KMs using in my Package:

CKM Oracle
LKM Oracle to Oracle (DBLILNK)
IKM Incremental update

Can any one help me to customize LKM and IKM knowledmodule to increase my ODI execution performance.

Currently it is taking 4.13 min to complete 7465 records to insert into target DB and for incremental load (I have separate interface with same KM's) 9 records transformation it is taking 44 seconds.

Can any one help me to reduce the perfomace to customize the my LKM and IKM and please send it to my personal mail ID: phanikanth2004@gmail.com

It is very urgent.
