How to reduce Donut chart inner radius

Dear Oracle Experts,

Please suggest me how can we reduce inner radius of Oracle Apex donut charts like from below mentioned image1 to image2.

also

Please suggest me how can i incorporate oracle jet(xml, javascript) charts in oracle apex.

Environment details :

Oracle Application Express: Application Express 18.1.0.00.45

Database :

Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit

                     PL/SQL Release 12.1.0.2.0

                     CORE 12.1.0.2.0
