How to reduce concurrency wait events? in 2 node RAC environment

Hi,

I am seeing concurrency waits in my 2 node RAC database. When I execute the query using GV$WAITCLASSMETRIC & GV$SYSTEM_WAIT_CLASS, I have seen concurrency DBTIME_IN_WAIT is 89, please suggest me how to avoid wait events?
