How to recreate EM Agent Home Entries in orainventory

Hello everybody,

i was trying to patch EM Agent on one of our linux database servers with EM Cloud Control.

Only on this maschine the patch failes with the following errors:

OPatchSession cannot load inventory for the given Oracle Home /ora/app/oracle/product/agent12c/core/12.1.0.4.0. Possible causes are:
No read or write permission to ORACLE_HOME/.patch_storage
Central Inventory is locked by another OUI instance
No read permission to Central Inventory
The lock file exists in ORACLE_HOME/.patch_storage
The Oracle Home does not exist in Central Inventory

UtilSession failed: OracleHomeInventory gets null oracleHomeInfo

OPatch failed with error code 73

After a quick research i found out, that my oraInventory (ContentsXML) is faulty. I can't find entries for my Agent Installation.

Can someone give me an advise how to recreate the entries for the agent home?
