How to recreate corrupted undo?

yxes2013Aug 6 2013 — edited Aug 6 2013

Hi All,

10.2.0.3

Windows 2003 server

I can not startup our database due to error

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1

ORA-00607: Internal error occurred while making a change to a data block

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4194], [31], [4], [], [], [], [], []

I googled it and the advice is to raecreate the corrupted undo. How do you create another undo_ts when you can not startup the database anymore?

Thanks a lot,

zxy
