how to recover overwritten datafile without datafile backup?

Hi,

DB Version: 11.2.0.4

OS: HP UX 11.31

By mistake we over write the datafile with another file.

We have bakcup of this datafile but we disabled archivelog for sometime after this backup and then enabled it( that means missing archivelog to recover this datafile)

Please suggest what is the possibilty of recovering this datafile.
