how to recover oracle-xe datafile? (oracle-xe 11g ubuntu 16)

I have installed Oracle-XE on my Ubuntu laptop and it was working at the beginning and then after I restart I noticed the database is not open. I believe I did shut down my laptop in an unexpected fashion causing this issue.

I don't have any backup to restore. Below is the set of instructions I have tried so far.

Any comment/clue is much much appreciate it.

Regards Mike
