How to recover Oracle rac after one node crashed due to hard disk failure

Dear Friends,

I have 2 node Oracle RAC 12c rel -1 installed on centos linux 6.5. Oracle home is installed on local hardisk with raid 10 and the database is in shared storage using ASM. My all internal hard disk has crashed on node 1 and node one is unavailable. OS and oracle home everything for node 1 is gone. How can I recover the node one as now my database is running on node 2 only.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
