how to recover from exp.dmp file

Hello,

I am stuck in a situation where i found that my oracle server has lost all contant of ORADATA directory, i mean no control, data file exist :( now i have a previous backup in my system that is full-exp-.dmp is there any possiblity to recover from this backup, i have mentioned in previous thread that i am unable to start oracle service as no control file exits, please help me out, thanks
