How to recover a dashboard or analysis that accidently got overwritten or deleted?

Hi Everyone,

I'm sure I'm not the first or only person that's done this. I tried to save a dashboard in under a different name. Instead of saving as a different copy, it saved to a new name and the original dashboard is gone. Now the new dashboard is missing 90% of the original content. How do I recover the previous version?
