How to recognize meaning of exchanges before select

Hi,

I'm running the WALLET example of JavaCard 3.2 ,

highlighted is the WALLET applet select, but what are the previous exchanges? I imagine load and install but how to recognize them? where is their format specified? And in any case there are too many APDU-C, so I wonder what they are
