How to read DBF file in java

Hi All
I am newbie in Java. I want to read DBF file with its field name and want to save this data into my oracle table just like in DBF file contains.
means if
DBF file contains field like name , code , email-id
and contains more than 1000 rows I want to save this data as it is in oracle table

Please help me
