How to read content of BLOB in readable format

Hello,

I am using Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0.

I have a table that has datatype as BLOB. I would like to read the hex digits from this column.

SQL> SELECT UTL_RAW.CAST_TO_RAW(UTL_RAW.CAST_TO_VARCHAR2(BLOB_DATA))

FROM BLOB_TABLE where id = 67166920;

UTL_RAW.CAST_TO_RAW(UTL_RAW.CA

Could some one please guide me on how can I read this content in english read able language.
