how to read block dumps ??

Hello all,

We have been getting some error on the app side (locking issues) and the trace file is being generated in the udump...part of the trace file is below...how can we read this ?? i c the file# is 9 ...and then obj: 26828 ...but cant find that specific object in dba_segments.... i tried googling some stuff, but not a lot of article on reading bloc dumps....any help or all opinion are welcome...
