How to push Application Templates to clients in ESSO

Hi

I am using ESSO (version 10.1.4.1.0), AD as repository. I have gone through the documentation of the ESSO and have configured the ESSO Admin Console as per the doc. I have installed a client on the same machine on which Admin is installed and when i add an application through Admin console, it is pushed into the Client which is installed on the same machine.
But when i install client on different machine, the application templates are not pushed to this client. the clients are on Windows XP.

Any help will be appreciated.
