How to Publish message from SOA 11g JMS to external AQJMS

Hello Friends,

In my integration from SOA 11g to RMS 10.3
I need to publish a message to an external AQ JMS(RMS RIB) which sits in web logic Server.
Currently i am using SOA 11.1.1.6,Jdeveloper 11.1.1.6 and weblogic 10.3.6.
i Have an idea that i need to create a foreign JNDI in order to connect to external server .But i am not sure how to proceed in this.
Do i need to create AQ JMS in soa or JMS Queue is enough to publish the message to external AQ JMS queue.

Please help me with some detail doc's or inputs will be much appreciate.
