How to provide Read Only Access to Hyperion Data form

Hi All,

I had developed a classic planning application, i need to grant appropriate permission to users
I have two users:

Planner User (supposed to fill data in form D1)

View User (supposed to open form D1)

for this i provide Wirte Rights of D1 to Planner User and Read Rights of D1 to View User.

Now when planner user logs in then he is able to enter data in D1 (as expected)

but when view user logs in he is also able to enter data in D1 (but in actual he is only supposed to view form)
