How to process millions of record at time in oracle?

Hi forks,

If i have 10 million 500 records to process, and i want to process 1 million records at a time . what could be the best approach to achieve this ?

suppose i am using LIMIT clause then what about the 500 record will it be process or not ?

Please suggest me with the appropriate scenario !!
