How to prevent "session expired"?

Hi all, I'm on APEX 20.2.0.00.20.
I have a question: how can I prevent session expired so that I must re-login into my application?
This question because I'm implementing into APEX loading data process that potentially have a duration of 3 or 4 hours, so I don't want that user must re-login into application.
