How to prevent 'Premature EOF' error message while parsing response string from webservice - Oracle

I'm receiving response string through webservice call. Receiving complete response, still its giving 'Premature EOF' while parsing it. What could be the reason?

Can anyone please guide me how to prevent this 'Premature EOF' error

Jdeveloper - 12.2.1

MAF - 2.3.3
