I was not sure which Category to select for question I have.
We are trying to prevent an Account, within Manage Chart of Accounts Value Set Values, from being used by staff. We've disabled the account, changed the “allow posting” to No, changed the “allow budgeting” to No and clicked “Save and Close”. We are still able to use the Account in a Journal Entry and it allows the journal to be posted. What am I missing? A process that needs to be ran? Appreciate help!
