How to prepare for Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 11 Essentials

hi guys

I am a finance guy going FP&A who needs to up his database skills with the new job market that requires Financial analyst to be database gurus too.

I have not used hyperion much, have used acess and SQL user. so would like to take the Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 11 Essentials certification to increase my employ-ability

I would really appreciate some guidance on how to best prepare for this, guide books test prep, where to go ...
