How to post JSON using Oracle Rest Data Service

I am using regular oracle database (not NoSQL or something) with oracle rest data service. Now I need post/put data has written in the request body using some format json/xml, how to consume them using rest data service, fetch them inside the application express? important: using pl/sql block

Also I am using,

Oracle rest data service 3.0

Oracle Application Express 4.2
