How to place more than one column into one report header? (Apex 19.2)

Hello
I have a request where I have to put several columns into "one column" (group). See attachment how it should look like. Is there any report type in Apex 19.2) allowing this out of the box?
If that is not possible how else would you solve this visual representation in Apex?
I played around with the Detail report options ( Attributes -> Detail View -> For Each Row -> define HTML) but then it's all hand-made (a lot of work).
