How to permanently set nls_date_format in 11g
Hi
I have question, which I hope someone, can help me with, a problem with nls_date_format in 11g. I notice when select sysdate from dual that the time element was missing. When executing alter session set nls_date_format="Mon-dd-yyyy hh24:mi:ss" that this resolves the problem for the current session, but I how to do I permanently fix the problem?
Please advise!
