How to pass Username and Password to an URL

Hi,
I'm using JDEV 11.1.2.0
I want to open a page with passing USERNAME and PASSWORD.
Ex: I want to open yahoo.com with my login ID and Password when i click a button in ADF page.

Is it possible to pass parameters of username and password to an URL in adf?

Anything would be appreciated.
