I can't create SR, it said “Pending Customer Support Identifier (CSI) verification”. I can't create an oracle support account with the e-mail used for oracle cloud registration. Because my school email address is disabled when i graudated from college. Unfortunately, i didn't create a oralce support account with the school email before it was disabled, so i added another e-mail to my user account and created a support account with this e-mail.
Is there any way i can pass the CSI verification?
